High temperature prefabricated directly buried insulation pipe is made up of inner working steel pipe, polyurethane, glass cotton insulation layer, polyethylene or steel pipe as outer protective pipe,its characteristics are: it also includes high temperature insulation layer, lubricating layer and elastic seal.

Steel clad composite insulation pipe
The insulation structure of steel-clad composite heat preservation pipe can be divided into two categories according to different sliding modes:
1.Internal sliding (figure 1)：The insulation structure is composed of work steel tube, aluminum silicate, drag reduction layer, microporous calcium silicate, heat insulation layer, stainless steel fastening steel strip, aluminum foil reflector, polyurethane insulation layer, outer steel pipe and external anticorrosive coating.The inner sliding insulating steel pipe is composed of medium conveying steel pipe , composite silicate or microporous calcium silicate , rigid polyurethane foamplastic ,jacket steel pipe, anticorrosive coating structure of FRP shell.Various pipe fittings node insulation treatment technology mature, reliable quality.
2.External sliding (figure 2)：The insulation structure consists of working steel pipe, glass cotton insulation layer, aluminum foil reflecting layer, stainless steel fastening steel strip, sliding guide support, air insulation layer, outer protective steel pipe and external anticorrosive layer.
Polyurethane insulated pipe
The polyurethane insulated pipe is divided into three layers from inside to outside:
First layer:High density polyethylene protective layer
Precast to a certain wall thickness of black or yellow polyethylene plastic tubing.Its function is to protect the polyurethane insulation layer from mechanical damage, and the second is anti-corrosion and waterproof.
Second layer:polyurethane insulation coating:
The rigid polyurethane foam concentrate is injected into the cavity between the steel pipe and the outer sheath with high pressure foaming machine, which is called tube foaming.
Third layer:Working steel pipe layer:
According to the design and customers' requirements, seamless steel tube spiral steel tube and straight seam pipe are selected.After the surface of the steel tube is processed by the advanced shot-blasting technology, the rust grade of the steel tube can reach the Sa2 level of gb8923-1988, and the surface roughness can reach gb6060.5-88 standard R=12.5 microns.
